Basic Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree qualification.
- Aged 21 and above. Open to Malaysian citizens.
- Professional, ethical mindset with good communication skills.
- Own transport and a laptop or tablet.
Career Pathway
- Month 1: Life Planner onboarding and licensing preparation (Takaful Basic Examination).
- Months 2–12: Client planning meetings, coaching sessions and portfolio building.
- Year 2 onwards: Progression towards Unit Manager and agency development, subject to qualification.
